Powdercoaters Busselton is a newly established business to provide high quality aluminium and steel powder coating services to the South West.
This is a new service for the Busselton, Margaret River, Augusta, Dunsborough and Capel regions. We specialise in aluminium and steel powder coating for fencing, privacy screens, patios, fabrication, all types of equipment and more.
Our Busselton workshop has a commitment to quality work and complete satisfaction. The Australian Standard 4506/2005 is used as a benchmark for our treatment processes.

POWDER COATING
- Standard product: Product cleaned with solvent, Product colour powder coated.
- Two stage product: Product cleaned with solvent, complete product primed, product colour powder coated.
- Three stage product: Product cleaned with solvent, product ZN- primed, E-primed, Product colour powder coated
Stage 3 products are what is recommended for product installed within 2000 metres from the sea, river or estuary or harsh industrial conditions.
Stage 2 - 2000m – 5000m from sea, river, estuary.
Standard product further than 5000m from sea, river, estuary.
It is important to make clients aware of the fact that powder coating is a decorative coating and NOT a protective coating. There are no guarantees on steel product.
Powder Coated product require regular maintenance such as cleaning with warm soapy water every second month under harsh conditions (less than 2000m from the sea, river, estuary). Further from the sea, river, estuary needs cleaning at least 4 times a year.
